Once your furniture has been crafted and carefully checked, it is prepared for its journey to you. From the moment it leaves our workshop, we work with trusted international delivery partners who specialise in transporting furniture safely across the globe.

For most European destinations, delivery usually takes place within the week after collection from our workshop, although timing can vary depending on the exact location. Deliveries further afield will take a little longer, and we will always advise you of the expected timescales.

Once your sofa reaches its destination country, a local delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

From our workshop floor to your front door, every step is handled with care.

International delivery costs depend on where in the world your sofa is travelling to, as well as the number and size of the pieces.

Because every order is different, we provide a personalised delivery quote before your order is confirmed, so the full cost is clear from the start.

If there are any customs duties or import fees for your destination country, we will guide you through this in advance and include everything in the pricing we provide. That way you know exactly what to expect before your sofa leaves our workshop.

Absolutely.

Choosing the right leather or fabric is an important part of the journey. That’s why we’re happy to send leather and fabric samples internationally so you can see and feel them in your own home.

Photographs can only tell part of the story. Touching the material, seeing how it looks in your light, and living with it for a few days makes the decision much easier.

Simply let us know which materials you’re interested in, and we’ll arrange for the samples to be sent to you.

A beautiful sofa should arrive with excitement, not stress. That’s why we help you check everything before your piece is made.

On every product page you’ll find the full dimensions of the sofa, including width, depth, and height. These measurements help you plan the space in your room.

But just as important is the access into your home. Doorways, hallways, lifts, and staircases all matter when furniture is being delivered.

If you’re unsure, our team will happily guide you through it. We can talk through the measurements with you, offer advice, and help make sure the sofa can move comfortably through the entrance and into the room where it will live.

A little planning goes a long way.  And we’re here to help you get it right.

Most international deliveries are made using a curbside service. This means your sofa will be delivered to your address, and you will then arrange for it to be moved into your home.

In some countries, however, we can arrange in-home white glove delivery, where the delivery team will bring the furniture inside, assemble it if required, and remove the packaging. This service is currently available in the United States and France, with other locations sometimes possible depending on the destination.

Every country works a little differently, so our team will always guide you through what is available for your location before your order is confirmed.
